1. The 48-Hour Return Window

We offer a 2-day (48-hour) return policy. You have 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Due to the rapid nature of tech cycles, requests made after this window cannot be accepted.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a successful return, your item must arrive back to us in its original "as-shipped" condition:

  • Unused & Pristine: No signs of wear, scratches, or usage.

  • Complete Packaging: Must include the original box, all manuals, tags, and charging cables.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.

Note: We cannot accept returns for items showing physical damage, liquid ingress, or evidence of software tampering/unauthorized rooting.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request: Email us at ourtechproofficial@gmail.com with your Order Number and a brief explanation for the return.

  2. Authorization: If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Shipping: Unless the product is confirmed defective upon arrival, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

4. Defects, Damages & Issues

Tech should work the moment you plug it in. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

  • Reporting: If the item is defective or incorrect, contact us within the 48-hour window.

  • Verification: For functional electronic defects, we require a brief video clip demonstrating the issue to expedite your replacement or refund.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned device, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing: Please note that banks and credit card issuers may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered Final Sale:

  • Customized or personalized hardware.

  • Items purchased on sale or via gift cards.

  • Products with physical damage or missing serial numbers.
