1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a product launch or sale), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days (if available).

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders .

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier peak seasons or unforeseen logistical issues.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Our Tech Pro is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. DAMAGES AND LOSS

Our Tech pro is liable for your order only until it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • We recommend taking an "unboxing video" for all electronics to assist in any claims regarding physical damage during transit.

6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

We are not responsible for orders that are lost or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your billing and shipping information before finalizing your purchase.
